Contact Us
CodeTidy is built and maintained by a small, independent team of developers. We read every message, and feedback from people who use the tools directly shapes what we build next. Whether something is broken, missing, or just bugging you, we want to hear about it.
The fastest way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to most messages within two to three business days.
What to Get in Touch About
- Bug reports: If a tool produces the wrong result, throws an error, or behaves oddly in your browser, let us know. Including the input you used, the browser and version, and a description of what you expected versus what happened helps us fix it quickly.
- Tool requests: Want a tool we don't have yet? Tell us what you're trying to do. We prioritise new tools based on user requests and real search demand, and many of the tools on the site started as a single email.
- Feature suggestions: Ideas for improving an existing tool — extra options, better formatting, keyboard shortcuts, accessibility fixes — are always welcome.
- Advertising & partnerships: If you run a developer-focused product and are interested in sponsorship or advertising on CodeTidy, email us with details.
- Security: If you believe you've found a security or privacy issue, please email us with the details so we can investigate and address it responsibly.
- Privacy questions: Questions about how the site handles data are covered in our Privacy Policy, but you're welcome to email us directly as well.
Before You Write
A quick reminder that may answer your question immediately: every CodeTidy tool runs entirely in your browser. We do not have a server-side copy of anything you paste into a tool, so we cannot recover or look up data you've processed. If a tool isn't working, the most common fixes are refreshing the page, disabling a conflicting browser extension, or trying a different browser.
Response Times
We're a small team, so we can't promise instant replies, but we genuinely value every message and do our best to get back to everyone. Bug reports and security issues are always prioritised.
